Been there before once or twice and never once they made me feel unwanted or a lost case. Part of my recovery now is thanks to them that they have opened their doors over and over again for me. My recovery now is very different and final. Thank God I have recovered myself, family and most importantly a relationship with God. I been sober for 9 months thank you Jesus 🙏🏼

Changed my life. Subjects taught and counsellors are top notch. This facility truly brought the best out of me and I have to shout-out counselor Danny. If you want to put in the work, you get the results(if you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten). Honestly, best two months of my life. I think back to experiences I had and things I learned at Ridgefield when things get rough in the real world. I recommend this treatment center to anyone wanting to get clean and change their life.

How many sessions per week will I have?

To start, you’ll be scheduled for three initial appointments: one with a nurse to complete a medical assessment, one with a licensed therapist to complete a clinical assessment and one with a financial counselor to discuss your insurance benefits and coverage. Based on this assessment, we’ll craft a teletherapy and treatment plan to address your unique situation. From there, you’ll be assigned to a specific level of care that will include varying numbers of sessions each week.

  • Patients in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) have sessions 5-6 hours per day 6 days per week.
  • Intensive Outpatient (IOP) have sessions 3 hours per day for 3 to 5 days per week.
  • Outpatient (OP) clients have the opportunity to attend a minimum of 1 group therapy session and 1 individual therapy session per week.

Can appointments be scheduled around my work and family life?

Yes, we strive to make your appointments as flexible as possible to fit your schedule. Depending on your level of care, your treatment may range from 1-6 hours per day.

Will my therapist be available 24/7 or at set times?

While we make every effort to respond to all communication within 24 hours, our therapists are not available 24/7 for messaging.

Who will I meet with for my appointment?

You’ll be matched with a licensed therapist based on your nursing and clinical assessment. Each of our patients receives a personalized plan for their treatment needs.

Will I have the same therapist every session?
